Dr. Elgafy is an orthopedic fellowship trained spine surgeon specializing in comprehensive surgical care of the spine serving patients in southern Michigan and northwest Ohio.

His spine practice covers cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine pathologies such as degenerative spine, deformities including scoliosis, infection, tumors, and fractures.

 

His surgical techniques range from spine microsurgery to complex multilevel spine revision surgeries.  In particular he developed a special interest in revision surgery for patients who had previous failed spine surgeries.
